Private Yoga/Pilates

Group private yoga or pilates sessions bring together the benefits of personalized instruction with the energy and connection of practicing with friends, family, or colleagues. 


These small-group experiences allow customization of the practice for your group’s shared goal of stress relief, building strength, improving flexibility, or simply enjoying mindful movement together!  Each person receives individual guidance and adjustments while benefiting from the motivation and support of the group. 


Perfect for wellness-focused gatherings, team-building, or shared self-care, group privates create a unique balance of community, accountability, and tailored instruction.


Sessions are 60 - 75 Minutes:

Rates are $25-$30 per person with a minimum of $200


I can offer your group any type of yoga (or a combo): 

Hatha/Flow/Somatic/Yin


I can also offer:

Yoga while hiking (with or without a mat)

 Yoga Tune-Up ball classes (self-massage myofascial release)
