Next Journey - March 15th at 7pm
Join us for a deeply restorative sound experience featuring a dozen gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and rain sticks. These layered vibrations promote profound relaxation and support overall well-being.
Sound therapy has a measurable effect on the nervous system, helping shift the brain from alertness into deep rest that is similar to the calming resonance of a distant thunderstorm.
This transition activates the parasympathetic “rest and digest” state, which reduces stress, improves mood, and supports physical and emotional healing.
During the session, you’ll simply relax comfortably as the vibrations move through your body. Many participants report eased tension, greater clarity, and a lasting sense of balance.
We invite you to explore how sound science can guide you inward toward restoration and renewal.
Please bring a mat, pillows, and blankets for comfort on the wood floor. A limited number of mats, blankets, and bolsters are available on-site.
Note: Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the event. Refunds or class credits are not available after that time, as sessions typically fill to capacity. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business :)
We offer gong meditation and sound healing through a vast array of instruments that include up to ten gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and rain sticks.
We are currently in training in gong meditation with Gong Master Wayne Marto, founder of Beneficial Sound, a 501(c)3 non-profit in Washington state. You can read more about him and his mission HERE
With an extensive background in gymnastics, dance, and healing, Tamara shares her experience and passion to support and serve others in finding peace, opening to grace, and creating freedom through sound healing and wellness.
Dorene has been a nurse and a yoga teacher for over 3 decades. Her passions bridge the worlds of science and holistic healing by honoring the body, mind, and spirit. Her work is rooted in service by supporting others on their journey toward healing and living in balance.
They often said their meeting wasn’t chance, it was a remembering. Two women, two paths, converging into one river of sound and service.
Once they both realized their shared love of sound healing instruments, they began to play together. The sound grew between them like a conversation with waves and tones layering, dissolving, and rising again.
They now regularly host sound healing gatherings where dozens of participants lie under magical twilights, bathed in the vibrations of bowls, gongs, and chimes.
