Hi ~ I'm Dorene

I am an RN currently working as Nursing Faculty at Solano Community College.

When my (now adult girls) were young, I fell into a darkness of sadness and wanted to find my way out. My husband suggested that I return to my yoga mat. It was something that I always enjoyed, but the demands of being a young mother superseded my desire to care for myself.

As I found my way back to my mat, it became clear that a yoga teacher training was my entry point, and I never once looked back.
