Private yoga and Pilates classes provide a unique experience for you or your group with unlimited personal attention. 

Private sound baths can range from a small number of instruments to our full orchestra. We often offer free events locally and are also available to offer sound baths in your private location. 

I regularly offer yoga hikes at Rockville Regional park in Fairfield. I am also willing to take you to other local parks for guided hikes, standing poses throughout the park or a full yoga practice in nature if you choose.
